A Blue Jays fan was hit in the face by a baseball to get personalized cards and a ball signed by Bo Bichette.

A woman was hit in the face by a burning ball Right off the bat, Bo Bichette is about to receive 110 baseball cards with his photo and a ball signed by the Blue Jays shortstop.

Trading card company Topps says it will send the personalized cards to Liz McGuire, who was hit in a weekend game in Toronto by a ball that was estimated to be traveling 110 miles per hour.

Topps says in a post on Xformerly known as Twitter, which produced 110 copies of the card showing McGuire with a huge lump on his forehead above his right eye.

The company says it is giving all the cards to McGuire.

The Blue Jays sent an email statement indicating that doctors treated the fan immediately after the incident and noted that she decided to remain in her seat for the rest of the game.

The team says it followed up with the fan, inviting her to be a guest at an upcoming game and offering her a ball signed by Bichette.
