ANC says Western Cape ‘will benefit if DA is removed from power’

The ANC in the Western Cape made a final appeal to voters to end the DA’s 15-year tenure in the province, claiming there had been “persistent failures in service delivery”.

The ANC previously governed the province before the DA took power in 2009.

The ANC’s Cameron Dugmore told a news conference on Friday that the “majority” of lives had gotten worse in that time.
